Gregory S. Bell
GREGORY S. BELL was an honors graduate of Colorado State University in Resource Management and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1979. During law school, Greg clerked for the Denver firm of Yegge, Hall, and Evans. After the bar examination, he relocated his practice and family to Fort Collins, Colorado. His work included services for the Town of Wellington, Colorado in 1980 and 1981, as well as business litigation, real estate, and personal injury work. In 1983 he co-founded the firm. Greg's career emphasized Bankruptcy litigation and a civil trial practice for many years, but now is focused more heavily on financial, transactional, and estate practice. In the last ten years he has also emphasized real estate development, business planning and dispute avoidance in the real estate and business arenas. He currently is Town attorney for the Town of Severance and the senior attorney for the firm. Greg is a member of the Colorado and Larimer County Bar Associations.

Jeremy E. Scott
JEREMY ("JED") E. SCOTT received his Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Wyoming in 1995, and Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2000.  He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court, State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado.  During law school, Jed clerked for the State of Wyoming, Attorney General's Office, Litigation Division, and for the Office of District Attorney, First Judicial District, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Jed previously served as Chair of the Larimer County Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division and on the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division.  He is a graduate of the 2009 Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (“COBALT”) Class and presently serves on the 2010 COBALT Program Committee. Jed’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, tort and personal injury, real property disputes and construction law.  He also serves as Assistant Town Attorney for Severance, Colorado.  Jed is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and Colorado Bar Foundation.

Matthew T. Gould
MATTHEW ("MATT") T. GOULD received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1991.  During law school, Matt served as Articles Editor for the Energy Law Journal.  After law school, he accepted a judicial clerkship in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Office of Administrative Law Judges in Washington, D.C.  Following his clerkship, Matt joined the FERC litigation practice of "Am Law 100" firm Andrews & Kurth, LLP.  Matt brought his family to Fort Collins in 2000.  His practice includes business litigation, real estate litigation and transactional matters, and estate planning.  Matt is licensed to practice in Colorado and Oklahoma and is a member of the Colorado, Oklahoma, and Larimer County Bar Associations.

Laurie R. Stirman
LAURIE R. STIRMAN graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2007. After law school, Laurie clerked for the Honorable Judge Daniel Kaup and the Honorable Judge Dave Williams of the 8th Judicial District of Colorado. Laurie is admitted to practice in the both Colorado and Wyoming, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Larimer County Bar Association, Larimer County Women's Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Her practice focuses primarily on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, financial workouts, and other debt relief work, bankruptcy litigation, civil litigation, business planning, adoption law, and estate planning.
